How we work

Six stages.
One consultant.

Most refusals are process failures, not personal ones. We run the same disciplined sequence on every file, and the same person owns your case from first call to departure.

Start with a free assessment
  1. 01

    Free assessment

A 20-minute consultation on your profile, budget and timeline — with an honest verdict on your chances before you spend anything.

  2. 02

    Route selection

We choose the destination, category and timing that actually fit you, rather than the one that is easiest to sell.

  3. 03

    Document build

Financial evidence, employment proof, sponsor papers and translations — assembled and audited line by line before submission.

  4. 04

    Filing & biometrics

Forms completed, appointments booked, fees paid correctly and the file lodged with the right mission the first time.

  5. 05

    Interview preparation

Where an interview applies, you rehearse it with a consultant until the answers are natural and consistent with your file.

  6. 06

    Decision & departure

Tracking to decision, passport collection, and a pre-departure briefing covering arrival, registration and first steps.

Please note: Immigration rules, fees and processing times are set by the authorities of each destination country and can change without notice.
