Terms of Service
Last updated January 2026 · Go Destination Limited
These terms govern the use of this website and the consultancy services provided by Go Destination Limited. Engaging us as a client additionally involves a written engagement letter specific to your case, which prevails where the two differ.
What we do
Go Destination Limited provides consultancy: assessment, document preparation, application filing and follow-up for visa, immigration and travel services.
We are consultants, not decision-makers. Visas and immigration permissions are granted solely by the authorities of the destination country, at their discretion.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. Any consultant who guarantees a visa outcome is misrepresenting how immigration decisions are made.
What we do guarantee is the quality and completeness of the work: an honest assessment before you commit, a file prepared to the standard the mission expects, and clear communication throughout.
Your responsibilities
All information and documents you provide must be genuine, accurate and complete. We will not knowingly file an application containing false information, and doing so can result in long-term bans from the destination country.
You must disclose all previous visa applications, refusals, overstays and immigration history. Concealing a refusal is one of the most damaging things an applicant can do.
Deadlines matter. Where we ask for a document by a date, delays may cost an appointment slot or an intake deadline.
Fees and refunds
Our service fee is agreed in writing before work begins and is separate from government, embassy, visa centre, biometric, translation and courier charges, which are payable to those bodies.
Third-party charges — embassy fees in particular — are almost always non-refundable, including where an application is refused.
The refundable portion of our own fee, if any, is set out in your written engagement. We will always tell you what is at risk before you pay.
Verification and refusal to act
We verify employers, institutions and permits before proceeding on employment and study files. Where something does not verify, we will inform you and decline to continue.
We reserve the right to end an engagement where we are asked to submit information we believe to be false or misleading.
Information on this website
Immigration rules, fees and processing times are set by the authorities of each destination country and can change without notice. The information on this page is indicative guidance, not legal advice, and does not guarantee a visa outcome. Your consultant will confirm the current requirements for your profile before any application is filed.
Governing terms
Services contracted through our corporate office are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; services contracted through our European entity are governed by the laws of Estonia. Your written engagement letter states which applies.
