United Kingdom: the things people get wrong
Can I work or study on a Standard Visitor visa?
No paid or unpaid work for a UK business. You may attend short recreational courses of up to 30 days and undertake permitted business activities such as meetings, negotiations and conferences.
Is the TB test always required?
Yes for Bangladeshi applicants intending to stay longer than six months, and it is prudent for all applicants. The certificate must come from a clinic approved by the UK Home Office and is valid for six months.
